You'll be joining an enthusiastic and passionate network of professionals, supported by a focused leadership team. As a Local Business Manager, you’ll work actively at the heart of the local business community. Customer Service Advisor
We want to change the way we speak to our high street customers. We want to make things simpler and clearer, and we're aiming to lead the industry for helpfulness and service. Which is why we'll need you to make a real connection with every customer: listening to their needs, exploring their aspirations, and explaining exactly how we can help.

Customer Service Manager
Acting as a Deputy Manager to the Branch Director / Branch Manager at one of our Financial Centres or High Street Branches you’ll ensure day-to-day branch operations are carried out actively.
Keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do our Customer Service Managers effectively run the counter and banking hall so that excellent customer service is delivered in every interaction with customers. While ensuring branch risks are identified, assessed, addressed and then monitored, you will also lead and motivate the Customer Service Advisor team in the branch, providing them with coaching, direction and support on a day to day basis.
