Service & Control Manager

Have you honed your skills in managing a large, customer-facing financial services team? Can you combine that with a razor-sharp appreciation of branch control procedures and financial security measures? Then this is the role in which you'll make the biggest impact. Supporting the Branch Manager in our larger stores, you'll influence and design every aspect of in-store activity, driving improvements, analysing performance and training and motivating the branch team to delight customers and drive sales. Always looking for ways to improve, you'll oversee everything from the general appearance of the branch to merchandising and queue management, while of course meeting all regulatory and financial security requirements.
