Our Relationship Directors take the time to build close relationships with customers to help understand their business, risks and opportunities. You’ll visit our customers premises, immerse themselves in the workings of the business, walk around, ask questions and listen. They need to find the best solution to help fuel their business ambitions.
As a Relationship Director you will manage a portfolio of SME customers within a core market segment. We’ll also look to you to develop sustainable new relationships, which will drive mutual growth.
While maintaining ownership for your customers, you’ll have the support of a dedicated Relationship Manager, and a local team of experienced specialist Product Partners to support you in delivering excellent service for our customers at every stage of their journey. You’ll be visible in your local community, driving your own relationships with key businesses to grow your pipeline. All while expanding your existing expertise, and remaining up-to-date with the business environment and key trends in your area.
You’ll be a leader with a pragmatic and results-orientated approach – for the team and your customers. To help our customers get the most out of their businesses, you’ll need to be a confident financial analyst, with extensive treasury management, risk and negotiation skills.
You’ll cover core segments across the SME and large corporate market. We’re seeking industry specialists in Real Estate Finance, Agriculture Finance, Education & Healthcare, Public Finance and Infrastructure, and Renewables
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for the managing and developing relationships with key clients – from attending potential and future customer meetings, to looking after their day-to-day requirements. You’ll use your credit, planning and modelling skills to create a seamless customer journey. Building on your expertise in Corporate Banking you’ll be given room to grow, and supported with all the right tools to advance your career.
While always keeping our customer's best interests at heart, you’ll identify products and services that are right for them, creating a relationship that benefits both their business and ours.
To make that happen, you’ll need to be detail orientated, a real team player and committed to driving our customer experience.
As a Credit Partner, you will work closely with Relationship Directors, to prepare recommendations for credit applications and undertake appropriate due diligence and on-going portfolio management, including covenant compliance. You’ll also have responsibility for credit reviews, preparing credit analyses, presenting to relevant internal credit forums and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
You’ll be a core part of our commercial teams but have the gravitas and pragmatism to work with Relationship Directors to find the right solution not only for our customers but for the bank too. It’s all about taking a 'can-do' approach, and showing resilience and tenacity even when challenged. By creating new perspectives and ideas, and challenging existing processes and policies, you’ll help create a better bank for our colleagues and customers.
Our Product Partner teams play a crucial role in our ability to build relationships and offer a truly personal service to our customers. Whether your expertise is in Money Transmission, Deposits, International Payments, Asset Finance, Trade Finance, Supplier Finance, Invoice Finance, or Merchant Acquiring; we’re looking for people who can work as an integral part of our relationship team, providing effective product solutions to meet our customers’ needs
