Our Relationship Directors take the time to build close relationships with customers to help understand their business, risks and opportunities. You’ll visit our customer’s premises, immerse themselves in the workings of the business, walk around, ask questions and listen. They need to find the best solution to help fuel their business ambitions. 

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for the managing and developing relationships with key clients – from attending potential and future customer meetings, to looking after their day-to-day requirements. You’ll use your credit, planning and modelling skills to create a seamless customer journey. Building on your expertise in Corporate Banking you’ll be given room to grow, and supported with all the right tools to advance your career.

As a Credit Partner, you will work closely with Relationship Directors, to prepare recommendations for credit applications and undertake appropriate due diligence and on-going portfolio management, including covenant compliance. You’ll also have responsibility for credit reviews, preparing credit analyses, presenting to relevant internal credit forums and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
