As a Telephone Sales Advisor based out of our Santander contact centre in Leicester, you will play a key role in one of our teams providing a specialist service to ensure that our customers continue to grow their relationship with us.
You will be the first point of contact for our existing customers, who are interested in discussing either our Mortgage or Savings products and will be handling inbound as well as outbound calls. Working in a target-driven environment with challenging targets, you will demonstrate a commitment to quality and will be comfortable with change. With excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, you will identify cross-sales opportunities for other products, such as current accounts, credit cards and insurance products whilst making sure that the needs of every customer are met as comprehensively as possible.

Targeted sales and Customer Services experience gained in a banking, retail or other service environment is an essential for this role and you must be a good team player with a passion to succeed in everything you do. Full time hours contract covers Monday – Sunday 8am-9pm
Part time hours are available for the evenings and weekends - minimum 20 hours per week.
