About us

A kinder future
gives support

Everything we do comes back to finding innovative new ways to make banking simple, personal and fair. Just one example of a project our Emerging Talent programmes have influenced is our recent voice-banking feature – which allows our customers to securely access basic account information by simply asking their smartphone. Advancements like this start with a culture that uses and improves the latest technology, embraces change and values individuality.

Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Career Ready

Our long-term partnership with Career ready is all about helping young people prepare for the world of work and realise their futures. Our volunteers within the Emerging Talent programme are each assigned a student, providing them with support and guidance.

What’s more, with full support throughout the programme, our volunteers have opportunities to cultivate their coaching skills – so it’s a chance to develop yourself too!

    Barnardo’s and Age UK

Last year, our interns raised an incredible £20,000 for our charity partners – Barnardo’s and Age UK. The fundraising event started in July, with teams of interns working hard at activities including, bake sales, raffles and even contactless payment collections!
