Our Telephone Advisers
know one thing for certain - every call will be different. Dealing with enquiries ranging from general information about Santander to specific questions about products customers already have, you'll listen carefully and efficiently answer, or direct them to the right teams. Friendly, confident and able to think on your feet, you'll consistently deliver an exceptional service.
Instantly likeable over the phone, the people on our sales teams are just as good to work with. Supporting each other in tight-knit teams, they contribute to revenue generation by advising customers on products such as Home Insurance and Income Protection, answering all their questions and securing a sale. Whether you join our inbound team dealing with customers calling about various topics, or our outbound team, which makes calls to customers who have applied for a product online, you'll need to be results-driven whilst taking a genuine interest in each customer.
Of course, our administration support
teams provide a seamless service, making sure all the paperwork is up-to-date and accurate. To join this essential function, PC literacy and a genuine desire to help customers will be key.
Our Team Managers
do more than just motivate their teams to achieve targets and learn about new products quickly. They are an aspirational mentor for teams of about 12 Advisers each, planning and executing ways to ensure each team member can achieve their goals within the role, whilst expertly balancing business resources and needs. It goes without saying we're looking for strong evidence that you can manage people in a target-led environment, whilst a basic grasp of financial products is always useful.
