Digital Acquisition & Optimisation

The Acquisition and Optimisation team use our digital assets and relationships with strategic partner companies to ensure that customers can find the details of our products and services and are aware of the potential benefits they could provide. They also look for continuous improvement of customer journeys when they choose to apply via our website.

Digital Customer Experience

There are 2 core areas of focus within the Digital Customer Experience team:

Digital Channel Management

The Digital Channel Management team has 3 core areas of focus

  1. The management of the channel’s Risk framework
  2. Managing relationships with other channels to drive Digital advocacy amongst our colleagues and to ensure they have everything they need to have digital conversations with their customers
  3. Supporting the channel’s people agenda, ensuring that Digital continues to be a positive, vibrant and rewarding place to develop a career
