At the recent induction for incoming grads and apprentices held at Carlton Park in Leicester, attendees were lucky enough to hear from Chris Sullivan about his experiences so far with Santander and what the new arrivals can expect.
Explaining his own motivation for joining Santander, Chris explained that the bank is very progressive and has the mind-set of a positive challenger with fresh ideas and plenty of opportunities for progress in many different directions within the business. It was clear that hearing about Chris’ experiences were equally motivating for the incoming grads and apprentices.
Emerging talent opportunities at Santander give a wide range of opportunity and exposure across the organisation. Chris was very keen to emphasise the importance of gaining a broad range of experience and highlighted how this had helped aid progression in his own career.
The attendees then had the opportunity to chat with Chris about his career and experiences. The feedback was very positive. Having the chance to sit down and hear from someone as senior as Chris, with as close a connection to emerging talent at Santander, certainly proved a great start to those joining the business.
