But thankfully our internship doesn’t. You won’t be stacking shelves here. Instead, you’ll be spending six to ten weeks taking real challenges. Experiencing life in a world-class bank. Developing skills that’ll look great on your CV. And possibly even securing a place on our graduate scheme for the following year.

Our internships are structured 6-10 week programmes. Each one kicks off with an induction which tells you everything you need to know about our people and processes.
Once that’s out the way, you’ll immerse yourself in a business area. Interns typically shadow senior-level colleagues, attending meetings and rotating between different areas. It’s likely you’ll be given a project to manage during your time here. This will show us what you’re capable of.
You’ll also network with a lot of people during your internship. Some will be previous graduates and interns, so take the opportunity to ask questions. What’s more, you’ll have the support of a line manager and a buddy along the way.
Last but not least, all our interns get to take part in a charity event to help raise funds for our partner charities.

As an intern, you’ll receive a salary that’s equivalent to the National Living Wage during your time here.
What’s more, you’ll accrue a bit of paid holiday as well.
