We are a full-service retail and commercial bank, our business is comprised of three customer business segments and supported by central functions within our corporate centre.
Retail Banking - provides individuals and small businesses with a comprehensive range of banking products and financial services through a network of branches and ATM’s as well as through telephony and digital channels. It also includes our private banking business and Santander consumer finance.
Commercial Banking – provides a wide range of products and financial services and primarily focuses on SMEs and mid-corporate customers through our network of regional Corporate Business Centres.
Global Corporate Banking – provides risk management and other value-add services to our large corporate clients and financial institutions that because of their size or complexity require a specially tailored service or products.
Corporate centres predominantly consist of the non-core corporate and treasury legacy portfolios. Corporate Centre is also responsible for managing capital. The non-corporate and treasury legacy portfolio are being run-down and /or managed for value.
