Striving to ensure we comply with company legislation and regulation. They also provides legal advisory services and manages subsidiary companies and their statutory requirements. 

Responsible for delivering our people strategy, personnel support, and learning function. That means helping people reach their full potential.

Use economic and market intelligence to generate consistent strategies, and develops initiatives to help us achieve our goals 

Produces all our financial information. That includes both internal management information, and external statutory & regulatory reporting. They also manages financial control and governance across our UK businesses. 

Communications manages and promotes effective communication with our key stakeholders. These include our people, the media,  local communities and charities.
