Santander Emerging Talent

A home from home

We want you to get out of bed in the morning with a smile.

And that can only happen if Santander is a great place to work. A place where everyone feels included. A place where, no matter what your background or identity, you can feel at home.

Here’s what we’re doing to make that happen.

and awards

One of the ways we’re making Santander inclusive is through our partnerships. By working with these organisations, we’ve gained recognition such as the Two Ticks accreditation (Positive about Disabled People) and the ENEI e-quality Gold Standard.

Stonewall’s mission is to let all lesbian, gay, bi and trans people, here and abroad, know they’re not alone. Santander is delighted to partner with Stonewall to help create real change for the better.

Santander has committed to the Mindful Employer Charter, a voluntary commitment to support staff who experience stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health conditions.

Business Disability Forum

Santander is a Partner member of the Business Disability Forum, a not-for-profit organisation that makes it easier and more rewarding to do business with and employ disabled people.

Time to Change

Santander has signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge. This shows our commitment to change how we think and act about mental health in the workplace and make sure that employees who are facing these problems feel supported.
